Cabriolet Studio produced an advertising campaign focussing on visual coherence to promote the services, the appeal and art offered by the neoclassical beauty of the historical residence in Faenza, which is immersed in a large and mature park.

PHOTO AND VIDEO CONCEPT

A comprehensive photographic work for the Resort’s two restaurants, Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet and Cinque Cucchiai, animates the visual impact of the social advertising campaign.

Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet is the new food and wine proposal created to offer guests a seductive fine dining experience and a sensory journey through flavours, time and space. The restaurant, a culinary jewel featuring in the Michelin Guide 2023, is located within the neoclassical villa, in a large room with a double view of the park where, in the 1950s, Armida and Roberto Bucci loved to welcome numerous friends.

 

Executive Chef Alessandro Giraldi’s cuisine is multisensory and very recognisable, and is marked by three elements: composition, memory and the measured use of vegetables. The first is energy and inventiveness, which crystallise the flavours, the second is linked to roots, Giraldi being originally from nearby Brisighella, while the third is a legacy from his experience at Noma in Copenhagen.
